HIGHLIGHTS:
Dance of Salomeea
The church was completed as an aristocratic property in 1503 and painted on the outside in 1541 employing an exceptionally long lasting blue paint. A first timer in the region, the church has a wide niche on the outside of the Western side, with the entrance placed on a side wall.
Exterior frescoes feature scenes depicting many figures in a perpetual movement, including Catholic influences. The Last Judgement is one of the most representative such frescoes, while the harmonious use of vivid colours grant the place with a certain warmth.
